To realize this, guided by our Digital Learning Mission, our team:

1. Integrates and Collaborates: Seamlessly embeds technology into the curriculum in alignment with ISTE Standards and the IB framework, while bridging grade-level needs with overarching digital strategies through close collaboration with educators, as well as Curriculum and Learning Leaders.

2. Supports and Develops: Provides professional development, coaching, and resources to staff, raising their proficiency in leveraging technology for optimal student outcomes and workflow improvements.

3. Empowers and Engages: Establishes partnerships with student-leaders, upskilling and empowering them to contribute to the tech journey and share their expertise.

4. Facilitates and Assesses: Carefully considers learning outcomes and utilizes frameworks to evaluate potential success, always placing learning before technology.

5. Guides and Leads: Maintains a robust infrastructure, with specialized roles like the IT Manager, Digital Learning Coordinator, Digital Learning Coaches, and others, ensuring swift and future-plan aligned responses to technological challenges, needs, and enhancements.
